2. Jewelry Cleaning & Care Guide 

General Cleaning (Hard Stones & Diamonds):
-    Mix mild washing-up liquid with warm water (avoid soap for pearls).
-    Soak 5 mins, brush gently under stones or rub with fingers.
-    Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Discoloured Gold Jewelry:
-    Light discoloration → rub with gold polishing cloth.
-    Heavy oxidation → use gold cleaning solution on cloth, rub affected areas. Do not soak jewelry.
-    Rinse after cleaning.
Platinum Jewelry:
-    Avoid harsh chemicals, heavy labor, gardening while wearing.
-    Store separately to avoid scratches.
-    Check professionally every 6 months or after impact.
-    Clean with mild soap & warm water, scrub gently, rinse, and dry.
-    Avoid brushing delicate gemstones (opal, tanzanite, emerald, topaz).
Storage & General Care:
-    Store in jewelry box with silica gel; for long-term, use ziplock bag.
-    Avoid bathroom storage or high humidity.
-    Remove jewelry before sports, swimming, or chemical exposure.
Gold Plating Durability:
-    Lasts longer on earrings/necklaces than rings.
-    Wear, placement, and activity affect plating longevity.
-    Contact customer care if plating wears too fast.
Stones, Pearls & Diamonds:
-    Remove jewelry during sports or hard labor.
-    Stones may chip; check settings regularly.
-    Pearls are sensitive — clean only with water.
-    Natural stones vary in color; slight differences from pictures are normal.
