At Lam’s Design, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Your jewelry is covered for manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. If you believe your piece has an issue related to materials or workmanship, simply send it back for evaluation.
If our team confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no cost. Should a repair not be possible, we may replace it with a comparable piece. If the issue is determined not to be a manufacturing defect, we will inform you and provide repair options available at your expense.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds or gemstones.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, chemical exposure, or extreme conditions.
- Loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance.
- Damage caused by lack of proper care or maintenance.
- Natural variations in materials, color, or other inherent characteristics.
Cleaning & Inspection
We offer free cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening for as long as you own your jewelry. We recommend check-ups every six months or after any impact.
Free Ring Resizing
One-time resizing is complimentary within the limits allowed by the design and setting. Excludes eternity bands, tension rings, and alternative styles.
Terms
Services and warranty are for the original purchaser only. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty. Lam’s Design decides eligibility for all claims.
